I mean, I know this is going to ruffle some feathers but this is my blog so here it goes...

Are you kidding me?

Our Treasury Secretary of the UNITED STATES of AMERICA...yes...AMERICA...didn't pay all of his taxes. He played dumb like he didn't know he was suppose to and was still put in as the TREASURY Secretary of the United States. Shouldn't that give you the clue that he isn't bright enough to be in that position in the first place? Then, he lets this AIG scandal happen? I mean, Obama really knows what he is doing. He chose a great Secretary. And Obama? He was obviously a great choice as well. My taxpayer money rescued AIG and then they payed their employees up to 6.4 million plus (EACH) in BONUSES...after the bailout????!!!!! Am I dreaming or what? Please...tell me I am dreaming!!!!

Happy Belated Valentines!

Here are Scarlett's six month pictures (courtesy of the one and only Serena R. Martineau)! Life got busy at 6 months! Scarlett started crawling and hasn't stopped. She is everywhere! Not to mention two days after she started crawling, she started to pull herself up onto furniture and taking steps. Everyone told me that six months pictures are the best because they can only sit and can't crawl yet so they just look at you and smile....yeah right! It was so hard to get some pictures because now that she can crawl, she is so interested in the world around and wants to be everywhere!

Lucky for her she is built like her daddy...tall and skinny... 14 pOuNdS 6 OuNcEs... (22%) 26.5 InChEs... (79%) It is so funny to watch her move everywhere because she is so tiny. She is the sweetest thing in the world and I can't imagine my life without her. I can't believe the joy she brings into our lives!

Scarlett's Nursery

My sister keeps bugging me to see Scarlett's nursery...so here it is. Small but sweet. It is definately my favorite room in my house. We take great pride in it because we did the bead board on our own. Okay, Mike did the bead board on his own. I helped for 2 hours and was DONE! I can't believe how much time it took but it was totally worth it!

A Day in the Life of THE OFFICE.

I LOVE The Office. I really think it is the funniest show ever! The only bad thing about it is that it is on the same time as Grey's, and I love Grey's a little more so I just buy all the seasons of The Office. I mean, seriously, who cannot LOVE Dwight? I think I love The Office because its like my office! No joke. We have some real guidos here.

5 MONTHS OLD!!!

I can't believe that my baby is already 5 months old! These past five months have been the best months ever! She is getting so big! She scoots everywhere now, it is so funny because she is soooo small! On Monday she got on her knees, and on Tuesday she started to rock back and forth on her knees so I think she will be crawling soon. She is close to sitting up as well. Like I said, I can't believe it has already been five months. The time goes by way too fast. I am still the worst blogger, but going back to work full time, housework and being a mom has definitely thrown me for a loop! I'm trying to keep up on it all, but blogging isn't a priority...but I'll try to be better. I'll hopefully get Christmas posted soon. I was just so excited about these darling pictures!!!

New Year Resolutions...

I need some help... one of my biggest New Year's Resolutions is food storage. I want to build up my food storage for the scary times. I am looking for any resources which will have good outlines of what I need to buy each month. I was getting handouts at church, but haven't lately. If anyone has any good resources (printouts, blogs, websites, handouts, ect) regarding food storage, please let me know! Thanks for your help!
